Economic Opportunity

Communities entwined with singular structures of incalculable cultural significance too often find themselves displaced by outsiders capitalizing on the tourist dollars that result from heritage conservation.

Global Heritage Fund supports community members to actively participate in solving problems around the restoration of their cultural heritage and train them for emergent opportunities by adapting their traditional skills into modern economic assets.

We design programs to ensure that locals benefit directly and can continue to support themselves with dignity into the future.

Since the start of COVID, we have embarked on two new partnerships to provide urgent aid for over 300 families and continue economic diversification programs with local communities.
